Hello, Celebreaker!
You might have noticed a banner on the app mentioning our “Pricing Update” in Barcelona. As part of CeleBreak culture, we aim to be fair and transparent, so we’re here to tell you all about it and to fill you in on the details.
First, the reason we’re changing our pricing system is to provide you with the best possible experience on CeleBreak. We’re committed to offering high-quality games and experiences, and we need to make sure that we can continue to do so in the long term.
In simple: CeleBreak, as any other business, needs to be sustainable or we won’t be able to offer any games at all in the long run.
That being said, we know that some prices may be increasing, and we understand that this may not be welcome news for everyone. However, know that we’re doing our best to keep prices as fair as possible, while also ensuring that we can continue to offer the best possible experiences, including some new ones you’ll soon find out.
In simple: Changes won’t be crazy, but super reasonable.
We’ve carefully analyzed pricing data and listened to your feedback to come up with a pricing system that is fair for everyone. We’re confident that this new system will ultimately provide you with more options and flexibility for booking games and other football experiences.
In simple: Some prices will go up, some other will stay the same, and yes, some other will even decrease, giving you more alternatives to play.
Think about it like this: when you book a flight or a hotel room, the price changes based on when and where you’re traveling, as well as special extras you might get. The same goes for booking a football field. If you play at peak times or in high-demand locations, or get access to some special stuff (like recorded sessions), the price will be a bit higher than if you play during off-peak hours, in less popular areas or without extra features.
In simple: Maybe your favorite game is 0,5€ or 1€ more expensive than before, but you are then probably getting a better field, better features and/or better hours (should be worth it). And if it’s not, we will not leave you hanging and will provide you with alternatives at lower prices, so you can find a new favorite.
We understand that change can be a bit daunting, but we’re doing our best to make it the best for you. The new pricing system will offer a range of options to fit all budgets, with games available at different price points depending on when and where you play.

Es posible que hayas visto un banner en la aplicación que menciona nuestra “Actualización de precios” en Barcelona. Como parte de la cultura de CeleBreak, nuestro objetivo es ser justos y transparentes, así que estamos aquí para contarte todo al respecto y darte los detalles.
En primer lugar, queremos enfatizar que estamos cambiando nuestro sistema de precios para darte la mejor experiencia posible en CeleBreak. Estamos comprometidos a crear juegos y experiencias de alta calidad, y necesitamos asegurarnos de poder continuar haciéndolo en el largo plazo.
En simple: CeleBreak, como cualquier otro negocio, necesita ser sostenible o simplemente no podremos seguir ofreciéndote juegos en el largo plazo.
Dicho esto, sabemos que algunos precios pueden aumentar, y entendemos que esto puede no ser una excelente noticia. Sin embargo, queremos enfatizar que estamos haciendo todo lo posible para mantener los precios lo más justos posible, y al mismo tiempo asegurarnos de poder seguir ofreciendo las mejores experiencias posibles, incluyendo algunas nuevas que pronto descubrirás.
En simple: Los cambios no serán una locura, serán razonables.
Hemos analizado cuidadosamente los precios y escuchado tus comentarios para crear un sistema de precios justo para todos. Estamos seguros de que este nuevo sistema te proporcionará más opciones y flexibilidad para reservar juegos y otras experiencias de fútbol.
En simple: Algunos precios subirán, otros se mantendrán, y si, otros incluso bajarán, dándote más opciones para jugar.
Piénsalo de esta manera: cuando reservas un vuelo o una habitación de hotel, el precio cambia según cuándo y dónde viajes. Lo mismo ocurre al reservar un campo de fútbol. Si juegas en horarios de alta demanda o en lugares muy solicitados, el precio será un poco más alto que si juegas durante “horas bajas” o en áreas menos populares.
En simple: Quizás tu juego favorito aumente en 0,5€ or 1€, pero seguro que estás jugando en un mejor campo, con mejores beneficios y/o en mejor horario (debería merecer la pena). Y en caso que no te parezca, no te abandonaremos, y te ofreceremos alternativas a menor precio para que encuentres un nuevo favorito.
Entendemos que el cambio puede ser un poco abrumador, pero ten la seguridad de que estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que sea lo mejor para ti. El nuevo sistema de precios ofrecerá una variedad de opciones para adaptarse a todos los presupuestos, con juegos disponibles en diferentes precios según cuándo y dónde juegues.
